What's a Transcendental Experiential Artist?
TEAist: Someone who experiences life as art
beyond perceived limits. Uh, such as, you ask?
Six senses bliss. Dancing, connecting, communicating,
loving. Nature walks, water birds, fountains, ethnic
restaurants, movies, any beach. Reveling anywhere--every person, every encounter is
opportunity for bliss and growth. Anything in blue. Black leather. Costumes. Led (or
Alanis other times) for my head at times. Oh, and a super-sized spicy decaf vanilla soy
chai latte--not too hot. About 140 degrees. Thanks!! Let's do lunch or tea soon,
Dahling. Other examples are creating photographs and paintings, as well as designing
event costumes by reconstructing clothing. All of these activities are when I'm able to
--especially to distract me from my health condition's pain and other symptoms.
Maybe you’ve felt transcendental experiential art, too—you know, sensing an energy
that literally stops you in your tracks. Imagine how you absolutely revel in what you
see, feel, sense, or otherwise experience.
That’s transcendental experiential art.
It’s evidence of an observation that has really moved you in some way--mind, body, and
soul. You then might realize with a gasp at how happy you are just to be alive to
witness something so exquisite. One instance for me was the glimpse of a flower that
inspired my photo called Blushing Yellow Rose (see the picture above!).
I hope you find my art intellectually informative, viscerally interesting, emotionally
inspired, and spiritually inspiring! You'll even discover stories that inspired some of my
photographs, mixed media art pieces, and written works.
What experiences can you perceive while having fun exploring my art? Namasté.
Got an idea for a painting? I'd enjoy creating one for you. Just contact me and we can have fun brainstorming the details (colors, etc.).
